2. Where can I find the O-coins I’ve accumulated?
In “My Account,” click on “O-coins” to check your balance.
3. How do I view the Coupons I’ve received?
Navigate to “My Account” and select “My Coupon.”
4. When does the No-Threshold Cash Coupon expire?
It's valid until September 15th and can be used on sale items, but note that it's not applicable in the Loyalty Program Zone.
5. What if I miss a day?
Don't fret, but be diligent! You need to complete 7 sign-ins during the event to claim all your prizes. Unfortunately, make-up sign-ins aren't allowed.
6. What are the differences between points and O-coins?
Points determine your membership level in the Loyalty Program, which entitles you to specific benefit(s) for your membership level.
O-coins are used to redeem items in the Redemption Zone of the Loyalty Program at a ratio of 200 O-coins: $1. And you can use O-coins to redeem payments when you place orders.
